Daniel White

Performance Coach

Daniel White brings a unique blend of military discipline, leadership, emergency service experience, and athletic coaching to his role in performance development.

For more than 13 years, Daniel has served in the Florida Army National Guard, including three and a half years of active duty service. Throughout that time, he has led and administered Army physical fitness testing for battalion-level groups of more than 200 personnel, building extensive experience in fitness leadership, structure, and accountability. He has also served for three years as a firefighter in Crestview, further strengthening his background in physically demanding, high-responsibility environments.

Alongside his service career, Daniel has developed a passion for working with young athletes. He has coached youth sports through AYSO and the City of Crestview soccer programs and is known for helping athletes build confidence through discipline, consistency, and strong fundamentals. His coaching style emphasizes structure, communication, and long-term growth.

Daniel is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sports Performance and Coaching at the University of West Florida. He also holds an Associate in Science in Sports, Fitness, and Recreational Management and an Associate in Arts from Northwest Florida State College. In addition, he is certified in CPR/AED, basic life saving skills, and concussion awareness training.

With more than 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background in leadership, Daniel brings a steady and encouraging presence to athlete development. His ability to combine discipline with mentorship makes him a valuable asset in helping young athletes grow both physically and mentally.
